Eligibility for Returns
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the product has been used, or the product’s original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you.
Time Frame for Returns
We offer return and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a return pickup. Items sent back to us without before requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original invoice is required during the return process.
Refunds & Exchanges
Our support team will review the case and approve the refund, if qualified.
Customers can also choose an exchange instead of a refund.
Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs will be covered by the marketplace or seller.
The shipping costs will not be charged from the customer even if the item sent is defective.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not eligible if the items are digital goods or if marked as final sale.
Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses cannot be refunded.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in the original condition and tags must be attached.
A restocking fee of 20% of the total value will be charged for returns of items in good condition.

Return policy may be updated over time.
