1. How else can I place an order?
There are two other options available if you do not wish to place an order with us through our website.
We also accept inquiry/orders via WhatsApp - 0559088930, or by email@example.com Orders received over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
You may place an order via telephone by calling our sales department at 04-2990607. Our business hours are 9am to 6pm Saturday through Thursday, and 9am to 4:30pm Friday. Please note that purchase orders cannot be placed by phone.
2. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express issued within UAE, as well as CoD( Cash on Delivery). Business checks are also accepted. If paying by check , your order will not be processed until the funds are received by MERGE. Returned checks are subject to additional fees.
Most UAE private and local government facilities, as well as educational and medical institutions can establish purchase order accounts. All purchase orders must be send by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a contact name with telephone number, TRN and an e-mail address.
3.Do you accept any form of health insurance?
Unfortunately, MERGE does not accept any form of health insurance at this time. If needed, we will be happy to provide you with an invoice for insurance reimbursement.
